Laurie Milbourn, CYT, RYT, (Certified Yoga Teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher) has been teaching yoga for more than ten years in the western suburbs of Chicago. Laurie spent a good portion of her life in varied physically active roles such as ballet instructor, hair salon owner, National Taekwondo Black Belt Champion 4X's, and Taekwondo Referee. While she loved this lifestyle, damage to her back finally won over. Laurie's ability to connect with others, awareness of people's fears and limitations, and desire to let others experience the joy she has found with yoga, led her to establish a go-to Trademarked Logo resource company...back in an hour...I'm Going To My Happy Place..(R)! Laurie instructs workshops, seminars, expo presentations, club presentations, specialty classes, daily classes and recently has begun TV yoga sessions. She is always open to new ideas on how to incorporate yoga into everyone’s life. Laurie believes strong body, open heart and peace of mind can lead anyone to their Happy Place!!
