Going To My Happy Place TV Yoga!! The First Episode!
BATV cameras were rolling for the Going To My Happy Place yoga at Baker Community Center. Yoga students, led by instructor Laurie Milbourn, demonstrated a Vinyasa Flow class aired Wed, March 2 at 2pm and every 6 hours after that.
